winner in The Travel & Hospitality Awards, in the 2021 European Travel Awards
programme.

While this year has been the toughest the travel industry has ever faced, the award is
recognition for the resilience and unwavering commitment to their customers that is a
cornerstone of the LFL business. Over 4,000 nominations were received for this year’s
programme, with each scrupulously reviewed based on submission material, customer
reviews and judging analysis . The winners reflect the very best in travel and hospitality
standards.
