Covid19 Response

Covid-19

Our Response to Covid-19

The health and safety of our passengers, partners and colleagues is our top priority.

As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as Corona Virus), we continue to be here for our clients should they need us and have taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our passengers and team.

We have enhanced our cleaning process to include disinfecting of vehicle touch points with a hospital grade disinfectant before and following each trip, and all company working areas are cleaned and disinfected daily.

To comply with Irish law, our chauffeurs and all passengers (except young children) are required to wear a mask or face covering. These are available should you require them.  Hand sanitizer is available in all our vehicles.

Furthermore, we have instructed all colleagues to seek medical attention immediately if they feel unwell.

Airport passenger meeting points are constantly changing and we will advise you of current arrangements in advance of your arrival.  As always we are available 24/7 should you have any difficulty.

You may notice some changes to your regular service as a result of these precautions, such as the removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets plus limiting physical contact andmaterial sharing between passengers and drivers wherever possible.

When you’ve reached your destination your chauffeur will offer to sanitize your luggage handles or baggage cart handle if dropping at the airport.

Rest assured we are following all recommended guidelines issued by The Irish Government & Department of Health as well as industry best practises suggested by The National Limousine Association. The duty of care you have come to expect from LfL extends to making every possible effort to protect your health and that of our team during this ongoing crisis.

We wish you the best of health and look forward to serving you again soon!
