Terms & Conditions

1. Rates quoted are inclusive of car parking.
2. Tolls are not included in our rates and if requested are charged at cost.
3. A “Point to Point” journey is defined as a transfer from one pick up point directly to one drop off point. If any additional services are requested during the transfer additional charges will apply.
4. For pick-ups from Dublin Airport one hour waiting time is included in the quoted rate (time calculated as per flight arrival time on the official Dublin Airport Authority Website (www.dublinairport.com).
5. For all other pick-ups we allow 15 minutes.

Our Cancellation/ Refund Policy

1. The standard cancellation policy for all standard vehicles (Executive Saloon, Luxury Saloon and MPV) will be 4 hours prior to local Dublin pick up time. For pick-ups outside of Dublin its 4 hours plus applicable driving time from Dublin.
2. The cancellation policy for all other services including coaches, tour guides, coordinators, and greeters will be 12 hours prior to local pick up time.
3. “No Show” fees will be charged at the transfer rate for the service booked.
4. For a “No Show” we will always try to make contact with the booking contact or passenger, if no contact is made with either of these the chauffeur will be instructed to leave.
